    Damon did our Master Bathroom and did such a fantastic job so when it came to replacing both of our tankless water heaters we turned to him for the job. We went with Rinnai Tankless and just like our Master Bathroom his crew did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. If you want tankless installed give Creek Wood Construction a look for your project.     A HUGE THANK YOU to Clear Creek Construction. Here’s a little back story from my recent experience. My house was built in 1978 and was built with single pane windows. Houston weather does get real hot and the previous windows would let the hot sun inside, warming up the house. This would be a struggle for the house AC. I heard great things about Creek Wood Construction. I asked about upgrading my windows and they came out without issue to give me information and explain the benefits of having double pane windows. They took measurements of all the windows, as well as the sliding glass doors. I am reviewing the windows only for now and I will review the sliding doors once installed. The crew got here at 9AM and were done replacing/Installing 11 windows at 4PM. They made sure to cover all furniture with plastic wrap to keep them safe. All debris was removed, windows were caulked and they even replaced some rotten wood that was outside one of the windows. They also had a staff member make sure the inside was swept, along with all the window's being cleaned, no fingerprints👍 The very 1st day you can immediately feel a difference's. It was a hot 95 degree day and the house never got past 78 degrees, with the AC not running since 9AM. I put my hand on the new windows, with the sun hitting them and they felt room temperature cool. I was amazed. My sliding grass doors were HOT as hell. Can’t wait to replace them. Hands down this is the BEST construction company I have ever worked with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING DOUBLE PANE WINDOWS. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Clear Creek Construction will take care of you. They pay close attention to detail and care for your home as if it was there’s.
